Light, fluffy and slightly tangy biscuits that are perfect for biscuits and gravy, or fruit jams, honey, or maybe just with a pat of butter.

Sourdough English Muffins

One dozen sourdough English muffins, cold fermented overnight to maximize the classic sourdough flavor. Split muffin with a fork or simply squeeze around the middle a few times to get the best texture for toppings. These freeze exceptionally well.

Sandwich Buns

Great for hamburgers or other sandwiches! Best when used within a couple of days. These also make fantastic toasted garlic bread to accompany your favorite pasta dish or toasted for fancy sandwiches!

Sourdough Pretzel Bites

Chewy, salty little pretzel bites perfect for dipping in melted butter, spicy mustard, or beer cheese! Take a bag to the next pitch-in at your office!

Bread Bowls

Crusty, sturdy bowls are the perfect vessels for your favorite fall soups and stews! Cut the top off, scoop out the soft interior, and fill it up! Dip the soft inside pieces in your soup or toast them for croutons!

Classic White Sandwich Bread

The classic white loaf for making PB&J’s or grilled cheese or toast. It’s a large loaf but it’s guaranteed to go fast! Made with local honey.

Scones

Sweeter than biscuits but not as sweet as muffins, these 3-bite scones are perfect with a cup of coffee or tea. Made to order, just let me know what flavor sounds good and I’ll whip them up for you! Orange cranberry are pictured here, and they are delicious!
